**HR LEADER - CONSUMER HEALTH (APAC REGIONAL OFFICE)**
The **HR Leader, Consumer Health (APAC Regional Office), **is responsible for the deployment of the portfolio of HR work in the Asia Pacific regional office, in support of business goals and HR strategies. This position will be based in Singapore and will report to the HR Lead of Consumer Health Asia Pacific.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serves as the primary HR business partner to the assigned business units / client group
- Develops and leads the implementation of HR strategies and solutions in support of both short-term and long-term business goals
- Creates and oversees the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development and change
- Builds strategic capabilities and shapes culture that embraces and advances the company’s strategic intent
- Implements effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change
- Works very closely with the HR team in Asia Pacific and Business Leaders to drive leading edge talent development solutions
- Partners with business leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent and capability pipeline
- Leads key HR processes in support of talent agenda: employee engagement, talent review and succession planning, career management and development, performance management and talent acquisition
- Provides group and one-on-one coaching to managers and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, problem-solving and performance management

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of HR experience in global MNC
- HR competencies:
