CellResearch Corporation Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore based Biotech Company and world leader in Cord Lining Stem Cells. Its subsidiary, CellResearch Consumer Health Pte. Ltd. ("CRCH"), which owns and operate brands including CALECIM® and SollagenTM are a leader in exosomal formulated Skincare, Skin Health conditioning products and Hair rejuvenation products.
CRCH is a fast-growing business with a line of cosmetics supplied B2B to aesthetic clinics and B2C via E-Commerce, skin health conditioning products targeted at helping sensitive skin and hair rejuvenation products. At CRCH, we harness our parent company's stem cell technology, which is currently being applied to potentially life-saving therapies, to create best in class Post Procedure, Anti-Ageing and Rejuvenating skincare products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and handle end-to-end order processing and fulfillment for our consumer health brands on our different business channel's transactions
- Handle all sales orders, including manual order entries, processing, releasing orders to the warehouse for processing, and arranging local deliveries and export shipments
- Prepare shipping documents and certificates for export shipments
- Ensure ERP system and warehouse processes are maintained and managed to limit financial risks, including POD handling, goods returns, credit, receiving & dispatch processes
- Ensure deliveries are handled according to international standards, and work closely with forwarders and fulfillment centers with any delivery and shipment issues/problems locally and overseas.
- Maintain and update ERP system with inbound/outbound and sales transactions according to SOP
- Inventory and Material Master Management
- Liaise with 3PL to perform goods receiving an operation from our suppliers, including issuing all necessary documentation processing and ERP system input
- Ensure stock inventory is accurate and up to date and generate stock inventory reports weekly
- Review inventory reports determining to reorder points and define inventory replenishment requirements
- Monthly preparation of replenishment shipment to regional fulfillment centers following inventory replenishment strategy
- Perform monthly stock balance reconciliation against all regional warehouse(s)
- Recommends and pursues appropriate disposition of returned, damaged/expired and obsoletes inventory with marketing and sales as required
- Responsible for Material Master Management. Creation and maintenance of materials data in the system
- Share best practices among the team to improve and drive efficiency
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager from time to time
**Who We Are Looking For?**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry
- Able to cope with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with export documentation
- Knowledge of SAP, NetSuite Oracle, SAGE ACCPAC is preferred
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and resolve any outstanding logistics/inventory issues
- Equip with critical, logical thinking with strong analytical skills, meticulous
- Good communication skills and etiquette
- Have a sense of urgency and ownership and can work independently as well as in a team to handle diverse situations
- Have a challenge spirit and positive attitude as professional towards changes and problem solving
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
