**The Role**
We have been appointed to find a Senior manager on the digital media, creative strategy side.
A digital performance specialist with creative strategy experience who is passionate about media, creativity, data-driven insights, business strategy, people, innovation, and technology.
In a nutshell, you need to understand creative brand planning and digital media performance marketing.
**You will**
- Work cross-functionally with internally teams to craft and lead digital strategy for digital performance creative (Video, Display, Social)
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders for all priority product areas, bringing complex groups of (multiple) stakeholders together to deliver rapidly on a brief/project
- Be the expert in digital ad product knowledge related to all performance creative formats by engaging in ongoing conversations, updates and feedback loops with product managers.
- Identify creative opportunities based on smart creative algorithms within Google Ads to drive further adoption and generate revenue gains for individual product areas.
- Lead and facilitate creative testing based on algorithmic insights coupled with human insights and supported by qualitative & quantitative research & analytics
- Work hands-on with data and analytics tools to generate insights for creativity.
- Be a close & collaborative partner to cross-functional teams (e.g. brand creative, sales teams and regional counterparts)
- Bring expertise in communications, media and insights, plus a cutting-edge understanding of all things digital and technology, including Google’s products and tools.
**You have**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in digital media in Ad solutions.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience working, developing and driving digital marketing programs.
- Knowledge of performance & media ecosystem
- Experience with multi-channel communications, and operating in the media landscape/industry
- Deep understanding + experience building digital ad formats: all video YouTube formats (truview for action, video ad sequencing, DV360, GDN, AdWords, Reddit, Twitter, FB/IG)
- Familiarity with data manipulation/extraction/visualisation. Experience in discovering and interpreting insights based on quantitative and qualitative research and analytics, especially using Google’s Ads data, in order to inspire creative teams.
- Results-driven with experience influencing people across functions and countries and managing virtual teams within a large organisation.
- Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks swiftly, and follow through with team members to achieve group and individual goals
- Strong consultative and communication skills, reflected through successfully leading an organisational challenge
