**PURPOSE**

***:
At KASM, we value you and believe everyone plays an important role in the success of the Singapore Sports Hub. You will be part of a dynamic team to ensure venues in the Sports Hub are logístically ready to host a wide spectrum of sports, entertainment and lifestyle events. You are expected to support the facilities management work in KASM by working closely with the outsource Facilities Management vendor. In addition, you will also need to ensure that operations are compliance to the statutory requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will be a team member supporting the team, the responsibilities/accountabilities include:

- To be the venue/s facilities custodian.
- Ensure compliance of outsource Facilities Management (FM)
- Point of contact for Kallang Alive Sport Management staff regarding daily operation issues related to outsource Facilities Management.
- Support respective venue event's facilities requirement and carry out pre-event checks to ensure readiness of facilities.
- Standby and response to facilities related issues during event.
- Assist to maintain a comprehensive compliance checklist with regards to outsource FM for respective venues.
- Monitor of maintenance regime to ensure completion of PPM in line with service standards and good industry practices.
- Carry out onsite spot check on work performed by outsource FM.
- Plan and carry out site survey with outsource FM for respective venues.
- Follow up on higher risk areas related to FM as identified in the risk register.
- Coordinate respective venue way-finding signages, banners, posters and temporary signages.
- Follow up on FM lifecycle work and defect rectification.

**REQUIREMENTS**

***:

- Diploma in Engineering, Infrastructure Building services or equivalent Engineering discipline.
- More than 5 years of working experience in Facilities operation.
- Knowledge of facilities system operation including Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Fire Protection system, Plumbing.
- Experience in Building Soft Services, Cleaning services, Waste management, Landscaping and Pest control.
- Ability to interact well with stakeholders with regards to facilities related issues.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
