Our client is a reputable company in chemical that amplify the quality and performance of other products while reducing their environmental impact.

**Responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems; perform software installations and upgrades.
Attempt proactive resolution of end user and IS support issues to maintain a high level of visibility within the end user community.
Participate in team projects that enhance quality of service and promote technical and career growth.
Participate in schedule rotations as needed, including weekend and overnight support.

**Requirements**:
Diploma/ Degree (No experience are welcome to apply) or 2 years of relevant work experience
