**Why we're hiring**:

- The IT Support Engineer (Essence) is responsible for providing IT support to Essence end users located on-site in Singapore, remotely in APAC.
- Work in tandem with third party IT suppliers to support on/off-premise IT infrastructure.
- Administrative services and support for Google Workspace, Windows AD and Microsoft 365/Azure
- Administrative services and support for new hire and leaver activities
- Support IT transformation related tasks
- Must be comfortable working with outsourced IT suppliers

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide desktop support for Essence employees
- Coordinate and partner with external IT supplier to troubleshoot and remediate AD account, laptop software/hardware and LAN & Wireless Network issues
- Provide Google Workspace and other SaaS tools administration services
- Provide Active Directory administration services
- Provide Azure/O365 administration services
- Enforce Security and Compliance policies

**What you'll need**:

- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows 10 and MacOS or higher
- Broad knowledge of technology developments and trends
- Proactive analytical expertise and problem solving approach
- Good understanding of IT Outsourcing
- Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and suppliers
- Willing to learn new technical skills set
- Creativity in problem solving
- Ability to challenge to clarify understanding
- Be accountable and keeping promises
- Ability and drive to develop others
- Communicating effectively
