My client, a **US leading medical device company**, is looking for a excellent team player and highly customer orientated individual to join their organization

**Job responsiblities**:

- Cross check order and backlog reports on daily basis and ensure timely processing of customer's orders.
- Manage and keep track of loaner set movement
- Ensure quality and efficiency in processing orders and requests from customers.
- Build good rapport with warehouse and delivery services and collaborate with them on a daily basis.
- Interpret information on sales promotions, discounts by entering updates in SAP system
- Manage and track the loaner set movement
- Responsible to check the loaner setting before delivery
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and delivery service for daily operations
- Ensure billings are done and mail to customers in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Diploma graduate or higher.
- ERP systems
- Team player
- Good with MS office
- Able to speak and write good english
