**Business Growth Consultant
**Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: -**
- Design regional growth financial models for client(s) that helps to automate growth processes;
- Identify acquisition, retention, and business opportunities based on data, industry trends, and competitive environment of the client(s);
- Monitor the market trend, create, manage, implement, and refine all marketing strategies in an ongoing basis;
- Organise and coordinate strategic events for client(s) with the objective to grow the business;
- Design the promotion mechanism and integrated marketing campaign, analyse the effectiveness of the campaigns, and manage spend accountability;
- Provide on-going reporting on campaigns and revenue impact to client(s);
- Liaise with a public relation agency to publicise and ensure the success of an event;
- Conducts pre-campaign and post-campaign evaluation, and propose ideas on how to improve on the quality of each campaign;
- Manage multiple campaigns by working with various stakeholders and team members, and ensure best practices are maintained for all activities;
- Oversee staffing at events and occasionally travel to regional and international events;
- Performs other related and ad-hoc duties.

**Major requirements you might be expected to fulfil: -**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Analytics/Economics or related fields;
- At least 3 years in business growth experience;
- Commercial and marketing sense, good at competition analysis to identify strategic opportunities;
- Independent and self-driven, record of execution to the last mile;
- Ability to work well under intense pressure and pay close attention to details;
- Possess good leadership skill and excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills are germane for discussing bids with vendors and estimates with clients;
- Excellent organisational skills for the purpose of organising an event without a hitch is important;
- Excellent coordinating skills during an event;
- Excellent management skills are required to manage vendors and clients.
