We work closely with Singapore government bodies, medium-large businesses and service sector to solve their business challenges. As we are expanding, we are seeking exceptionally talented and highly driven individuals to join us as Business Consultants.

**What You'll Do**

**1. **Business Consulting Project Execution**
- Contribute to consulting projects by working either individually or under the direction of a consulting project leader, to support delivery of high-quality client-specific project
- Solve complex issues for clients in public, private and social sector.
- Develop implementable solutions on Strategy, Productivity and Organisation Development
- Responsible for design, development & delivery of business consulting projects.

**2. **Business Development**
- Identify new business opportunities of follow-on work and new leads based on existing project work
- New Business development support and proposal writing
- Conduct Business Development activities to generate new project leads
- Support internal Business Development activities by conducting and managing industry and company-specific research

**Day-to-day work will vary depending on the above two roles and scope of requirements on individual projects and will include, but not be limited to**:

- Collecting and analyzing client related data and information
- Conduct client interviews, FGD and workshops
- Develop presentation, templates for data collection to engage in client conversations
- Managing and executing research to collect project related industry and best practices data
- Analyze and Interpret the collected data to clearly define business implications, develop case studies and inspire client solutions
- Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses on client and industry data to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
- Work with the project team to solve complex business issues, bringing structure and rigorous quantitative and qualitative skills to deliver actionable recommendations, insights and results
- Synthesize insights from client data, industry analysis to develop recommendations to resolve client problems.
- Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client leadership;
- Design, structure and deliver client reports and presentations
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss project findings, status, and strategic/operational suggestions.
- Business Development activities to generate new project leads

**What You Will Need**
- Degree and/or MBA graduate from a leading academic institution with outstanding academic track record
- Familiarity with recognized strategy and management frameworks and techniques; proven experience in research and data analysis
- Relevant working experience in management consulting roles/ research analysis and/or professional services is preferred
