Yay Success is looking for a Business Consultant help organizations determine which strategies do and don’t work. The Business Consultant is responsible for assessing business needs and making recommendations to improve operations. The Business Consultant will be conducting lessons and giving information, guidance and advise by the director on different type of industrials. The intern will be also help to Identify problem areas of operation, developing creative, data-backed solutions and also presenting insights to high-level decision-makers

**Specific Responsibilities**

A Business Consultant’s success depends on attention to detail. He/She must keep a careful eye on multiple aspects of a business while collaborating with business owners.

A Business Consultant’s duties may include the following:

- Organize and assign business projects.
- Meet with clients to perform assessments.
- Develop and implement an ongoing budget.
- Develop detailed business plans.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Giving talk with various business industry to open up the potential of their company

**Technical Skills and Competencies**
- Collecting and analyzing detailed data on the client's company, focusing on its nature of business
- Study various industry to assist companies in ethically driving growth and revenue.
- Trainee will be involve in producing a comprehensive report outlining strategies to enhance the client's company (example: Marketing via online platform, advertisement and etc)
- To fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with the client company to facilitate effective monitoring of changes aimed at improving growth and revenue
