Attachment Description
The trainee should be able to develop and implement security strategies at our company and will be creating security policies and procedures, controlling budgets for security operations, and coordinating security staff.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
2. Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes.
3. Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
4. Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.
5. Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
6. Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.
7. Preparing surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manner.
8. Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.
9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Knowledge of surveillance techniques. 2. First aid for safety and emergency.
3. Security Training
4. CCTV, surveillance and tools installation and monitoring. 5. Private / Public properties rules and regulations. 6. Planning and development
7. Customer service and Communication skill
This position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
