As a trusted venue partner with over twenty years of exhibition and event experience, Singapore EXPO offers elevated experiences through curated and compelling spaces. More than just a venue, we also provide an extensive repertoire of services beyond event and venue management, presenting customers and visitors alike work and leisure options under one roof.
You are the key person to grow and capitalize the venue commercial opportunities and partnerships. Our business aim is to develop enriching experience for our visitors and organizers beyond the event business and to develop ancillary services as an important revenue generator.
**In this role, you will**:
- You will lead the commercial negotiation in relations to the leasing opportunities, A&P assets, and event-related services that we have to offer.
- You will also be responsible in managing the existing agreements and partnerships that are already in place.
- To succeed, you must possess an acute sense of commercial sensitivity coupled with an enterprising spirit.
**To help you succeed in this role, you should have**:
- At least 5-6 years of work experience Business Development, preferably in Hospitality and Tourism
- Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented; sales-driven
- Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills
- Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
