**Sales Operations Analyst Duties and Responsibilities**

Where: Singapore

Supporting: APJC Field Sales Operations

Level: mid-entry level

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Data Management, Operations Research, or related field.

The Junior Operations Analyst will provide support to the APJC Sales Operations managers. Handling administrative and analytical functions. Including the following but not limited to;
- Handle data reconciliation between OBI, SFDC, etc systems
- Maintaining SFDC Account, Opportunity, Deal Registration hygiene
- Maintenance of POS submissions from distributors into E2Open
- Support shipment escalations requests with Supply Chain
- Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign

**Operations Analyst Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business, data management, operations research, or related field
- 2 to 6 years’ experience in an operations analyst role, or in a related position
- Understanding of Quote to Cash and POS, Deal registration is preferred.
- Able to analyze complex data sets using a variety of software and tools
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pays strict attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
