The role of the retail sales associate is to provide excellent customer service and support to our customers and possess a positive work attitude, and confidence to communicate well with customers.

Sales Associates are responsible for meeting or exceeding customer expectations, providing product knowledge to meet the needs of the customer, and maintaining the store appearance by cleaning up any messes. Retail Sales Associates are required to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Our showroom operation hours are from Monday to Sunday 10 am to 7 pm. Sales commission will be provided.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Provide good customer service and meet the customer's needs and expectations
- Answer customer enquiries and arrange appointment schedules
- Assisting in-store operations and cleaning up any messes to maintain the store appearance
- Manage and update customer database
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

**Key requirements**
- At least Secondary School/"O" Level
- Having a Class 3/3A driving license is a bonus
- Possess strong negotiation and selling skills
- Knowledge of blinds & curtains would be advantageous
- Good work attitude, confidence to communicate well with customers.
- Keen on details & able to work independently.
- Dedication at work is a must.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
