**Job Description**:
Who are we looking for:
We’re seeking Sales Associate with 0-3 years experience to join the 4B team. You are responsible for the day-to-day business in the store and ensure that daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are achieved. The sales associates are to perform their given tasks in accordance to company's requirement.

What you will be doing:

- Work with Store-In-Charge to ensure 4B standards and operational practice are executed in the store. (E.g cleanliness of store)
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
- Able to establish customers' requirements using questioning techniques and listening skills.
- Recommend products based on customers' requirements.
- Advice customers on maintenance and care of products.
- Manage sales transactions. (POS system)
- Handle customer feedback, returns and after-sales service.
- Handle simple merchandise display and assist in window change.
- Monitor all ins and outs of inventory including sales, transfers, returns to ensure optimal inventory.
- Compliance of store operation and service guidelines from management team.
- Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Support in-store social media strategy, planning, execution and optimisation across all social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook and TikTok etc

What we need from you:

- Training will be provided (On-Job Training)
- Good to haves - proactive, patient, dependable, with exceptional customer service
- Availability to work on weekends as necessary

Salary Range:
Basic + Commission + Incentive + Performance Bonus
