- Key Responsibilities:
Be a Brand ambassador and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image

Establish long term relationship with customer base through offering impeccable customer care and providing them with a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales target

Provide feedback on customer complaints to the Store Manager or Retail Operations Manager, if any

Discuss problems encountered with Store Manager and/or Retail Operation Manger

Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner

Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory

Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures

- Requirements:

Possess good communication skills and be sales driven

Comfortable to work in fast paced environment

Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)

GCE ‘O’ level and above

Ability to converse in both English and a second language (preferably in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) is an advantage

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in ready to wear is required

Prior experience in luxury ready to wear environment is an advantage

Salary - $2000 - $2500
