Qualifications
1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in sportswear, fashion, or premium brands.
Passion for sports, movement, and running, with strong customer engagement skills.
Strong sales acumen, with the ability to confidently recommend products and drive sales through storytelling and upselling techniques.
Experience handling POS systems, multiple payment methods, and tax-free transactions with accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, particularly in an airport or high-traffic setting.
(Senior) Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
(Senior) Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with VIP and repeat customers, driving long-term brand loyalty.
(Senior) Experience handling high-value transactions and supporting loss prevention efforts.
