Area Operations Executive

Responsible for driving sales/ business performance and ensuring all KPI targets and profit objectives are delivered across an area of retail stores. To provide effective leadership, development and performance management. You will strive to provide exceptional customer service by leading and ensuring high store standards are consistently met.
- Reporting to Operations Director
- To maximise area performance; increase sales; improve margins and reduce costs
- Improve operations and procedures to ensure the customer receives an memorable experience
- Ensure stores are upkeep to create the desired shopping ambiance for our customers, such as cleanliness and visual merchandising
- Review store surrounding retail environments to identify areas for improvement
- To effectively manage new store openings, closures and renovations
- Create a high performing culture through effective people management
- Ensure that high quality staff are recruited, retained and developed in line with company’s direction
- Lead, motivate and develop store management teams ensuring that supervisors strive to exceed existing performance standards and sales
