**Responsibilities**:
- Increase standards of customer service.
- Manage day-to-day operations within the organization.
- Maximizing sales and profitability across the stores in the area.
- Evaluating staff and team performance.
- Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.
- Training Store Managers in effective sales and supervisory techniques.
- Creating and communicating sales targets at regular intervals.
- Responsible for cost, quality control, staffing, training, work assignments and timesheet.
- Monitoring sales across stores to check that daily targets are met.
- Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores.
- Ensuring that employees observe company protocols.
- Plan work for your area of operations and set performance targets.
- Informing your superior of progress and pitfalls on a regular basis.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, hands on as needed.
- Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in all stores, if required.
- Implementing a sales management process to assist the store team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
- Collaborating with other Operation Executive /Marketing/Products department to ensure that operations are consistent across the board
**Requirements**:

- Proven 5 years’ experience as Operation Executive, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role.
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
