
Snr HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform Human Resource Functions and Duties and general admin roles
- Focus on end-to-end recruitment, which includes, administering the Manpower Requisition Form for replacement and new headcounts, not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.
- Liaise with respective department managers and stakeholders to understand and support their recruitment needs
- Manage the advertising of job vacancies via various social media platforms and job search portals
- To collaborate with various agencies to participate in various recruitment drives
- To handle internal transfer request
- Weekly and monthly report for recruitment results
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Manage the Annual Performance Review exercise, provide guidance to department heads to establish KPIs, evaluate performance and ensure reviews are completed within the timeline
- To perform any HR related projects or duties as and when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in HRM or any equivalent with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process and talent acquisition
- Highly organized, driven, and able to perform well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team
- A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven
- Mature and able to work independently
