Ensure smooth running of sales order transactional processes
- Process all common activities concerning order administration
- Check open orders, availability of articles, ensure customer notes are taken into consideration, monitor delivery time, and send delivery confirmation to customer
- Monitor backorder releases: check availability, optionally merge orders, set delivery dates, confirm/release (in SAP). Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction
- Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors
- Support complaints (logistics and commercial) and returns handling
**Requirements**:
- Decent SCM/back office experience preferably in a technical industry.
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP)
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
