We are looking for a self-starter and team player who can adapt quickly as priorities change. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Total Rewards (TR) programs that align with Business strategies and ensure the Company can attract and retain the best talent in the market at all levels. Investigate total rewards related issues and propose solutions.
- Coordinate the APJ benefits and wellness plans for 3000+ employees distributed across locations (majorly concentrated in Singapore and Malaysia)
- Partner with the Global Total Rewards Team and other HR and Communications stakeholders to deliver Global benefits from enrollment to negotiations and employee communications.
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness the company’s benefit programs, practices and procedures, including but not limited to health benefits, Retirement Plans, leave, and Flexible Benefit plan, in relation to the strategic objectives and in terms of perceived benefit to employees, cost, legislative requirements and organizational culture.
- Support alignment of TR strategy with the overall APJ growth charter.
- Perform effective due diligence in the company Merger and Integration efforts and smooth transition of processes.
- Institutionalize Merger and Integration efforts with suitable policy amendments and communication.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience (10+ years) of specialization in compensation and benefits in a large MNC with a matrix structure.
- Experience of full project life cycle of a larger MNC Merger and/or Acquisition, from concept through implementation.
- Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied with cultural sensitivity. Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using market data resources and network for reports, methodologies, and findings to support TR projects and proposals, e.g. Mercer, Hewitt, WTW, or local market data supplier.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and competing priorities
- Ability to collaborate, whilst provide expert advice and guidance.
- Ability to build relationships while working remotely
