**What You Will Do**
Actively contribute to the design, analysis, execution, and compliance of compensation programs globally. Focus on the ongoing strategic development of competitive base salary, recognition, and variable pay programs and policies globally across varied markets.
- Act as a business advisor, collaborating with HR business partners and regional HR teams to provide compensation solutions, expertise, and support on the full spectrum of base salary programs and policies, ensuring alignment with strategic business and operational objectives.
- Perform broad analysis to monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing effectiveness of compensation programs.
- Identify and leverage industry trends and best practices to ensure compensation programs, policies, and processes are current, effective, and meet business goals.
- Play a key role in the annual compensation planning process.
- Work with HR business partners and local HR team to ensure compliance with compensation programs and practices with legislative requirements globally in the areas of base salary, overtime, workweek, special allowances, bonus programs, and other statutory provisions.
- Prepare and analyze metrics and other reporting processes to monitor internal practices and track and report out on trends.
- Key contributor to significant global compensation projects including survey benchmarking, global salary structure design and implementation.
- Provide ad hoc analytical compensation support and job assessments, market pricing analysis as needed, leading market pricing data collection and analysis efforts.
- Conduct job evaluations, job leveling, and provide salary recommendations ensuring internal equity and market alignment of total compensation
- Build and maintain job family structures and details, including job code creation and cleanup and data requests from clients
- Document business processes to optimize the effectiveness of the Total Rewards team
**What You Will Bring**
- Related experience in high tech and/or software industry
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them to people at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
