**Next Level Genomics Pte Ltd **is a cutting-edge laboratory services provider based in Singapore that is focused on bringing the latest in next generation sequencing (NGS) technologies - specifically in long-read technology from PacBio and Oxford Nanopore - as well as spatial genomics technologies from Nanostring to the research and diagnostics market. Our goal is to provide the highest quality data to the community and to work closely with our customers to assist in their success. We are expanding our current offerings and growing the team to offer the best experience to our customers in terms of value, turn-around-time and data quality.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with the leadership and scientific teams to set strategy for business development, marketing and prospecting efforts.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and collaborate to deliver the best possible solutions for their projects.
- Work with leadership team to identify target audiences and new market trends.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, web traffic, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Support the organization and execution of events and conferences locally with some regional travel.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree (B.S., M.S. - PhD preferred) in life science, biotechnology or medical technology. Post-doctoral experience is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of the Singapore research and clinical community, preferably with strong commercial customer-facing experience with a knowledge of events and social media marketing and CRM tools.
- Passion for cutting edge biotechnologies - especially DNA sequencing and spatial genomics.
- Sociable personality and comfortable in start-up environment and thrive on juggling multiple tasks in a fun and fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
