**Executive Search**:Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing Tech company with a strong presence in APAC. The growth is both organic and with aquations of companies in the region, hence the reason for bringing onboard a strategic HR Manager/Senior Manager with experience from rapid growth and inclusion of acquired companies to the group.

As APAC HR Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in formulating and driving the expansion strategy from the perspective of human resources.

As the Regional HR Manager/Senior Manager, you will work closely with all human resources operations within the designated region and C-level management team to develop and implement HR initiatives at a high level, aligned with the company's expansion goals and objectives.

**Location**:Philippines + business travel to Southeast Asia and Greater China

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the regional HR strategy in alignment with the company's overall HR vision and business objectives.
- Provide strategy, direction, guidance, support, and coaching to existing HR professionals
- Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR advice and solutions that drive business performance.
- Oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Implement effective employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans, to support employee growth and productivity.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry trends.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, providing counseling, and recommending appropriate actions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Partner with the compensation and benefits team to develop and administer competitive compensation programs and benefits packages.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends and recommending actions to address potential issues or opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR, and proactively bring innovative ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Regional HR Lead with a track record of driving HR strategies that support and grow business plans is preferred - if you have been part of such a strategic HR team, you are welcome to apply
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in APAC region.
- Biliingual in English and Mandarin are necessary to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders in the region.
- Demonstrated experience/in-depth knowledge in HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a high level of integrity and ethics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
