Job Title: Regional HR Assistant

Assignment Overview:

This is a contract assignment of minimum 6 months. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of regional strategies and handling various HR activities across Asia Pacific.

  • Implement Regional HR Strategy in Asia Pacific
  • Handle HR communication activities across the region
  • Review internal HR policies within countries to achieve standardisation
  • Support local HR activities to enhance employee engagement and talent retention
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Required skills and qualifications include an undergraduate degree in HR, Communication, Business or related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary. Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are also required. A self-motivated individual with initiative and self-directed working style is ideal for this role.
