**About the Opportunity**
The Key Account Manager, Pacific will be responsible for managing the customer experience for an assigned global member across Pacific.
He/She will work closely with the Pacific Accounts team to deepen the relationship with the assigned account(s), drive retention, and ensure member satisfaction. This role is vitally important in driving the success of the account(s) across the Pacific portfolio.
As a successful Key Account Manager, you will be expected to:
- Be the main POC and partner to member stakeholders
- Lead escalation resolution across the APAC region
- Liaise between Global WeWork team and local member team on all topics of the Operations Playbook
- Coordinate with local community teams and provide support as needed
- Assist with Move-Ins and On-boarding/Orientation schedules
- Extension of the member’s Global Team to help provide awareness on Account and Operations to greater APAC teams, especially at site launch
- In-Market support to Community when faced with a question or concern on member operations
- Liaison to Community operations to set up our billing system and other WeWork systems at site launch
- Provide APAC point of view, gather feedback, and assist with Global member’s APAC operations and member experience
- Assist Global Member Team to find any gaps (and find solutions to those gaps) in the APAC service delivery model
- Ensure global standards are upheld/followed and align with Wework Team
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- 4+ years experience managing VP level relationships (e.g. AM, CSM, Relationship Manager) at Fortune 500 companies, ideally in Real Estate or a related field of space management & operations
- Willingness to travel to interface with members
- Proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets
- Strong team player who can make decisions and execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A thoughtful communicator who can prioritize and project manage short and long term initiatives
- Problem solver who can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans
- Strong ability to forecast and manage team pipeline using Salesforce or other CRM
- Highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth
- Strong generalist - highly competent with the ability to wear many hats
- Strong internal relationships with REA, Enterprise Services, Legal, Sales/Local leadership is a must.
