**Traineeship Role**

Customer Service Executive of **Kuno Method brain training enrichment centre **(children aged 3 to 7 years old) is in charge of non-teaching tasks and smooth running of the centre. This is an administrative position that reports to the Deputy Head Teacher and Director.

**Specific Responsibilities**

1. Explaining courses offered to prospective parents

2. Arrange trial and replacement lessons

3. Monitor billing and fee collections, complete day-end and month-end reporting

4.Develop strong working relationship with co-workers and teachers to ensure feedback from parents are addressed promptly and professionally

6. Update facebook, instagram, website and respond to enquiries

**Competencies**

1. **Customer Service Skills**: Product knowledge, Professionalism, Patience, a “People-First” attitude

2. **Social Media Marketing Skills**

Know how to use social media and associated tools to create prints and videos to engage parents

3. **Operations**:Manage day-to-day operations of an enrichment centre

4. **Student Management System**

Use Student Management System for record keeping

5. **Weebly Editing Skills**

Use Weebly to maintain and update website

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum Polytecnic Diploma

2. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

3. Effective oral and written communication skills in English

4. Conversant in Mandarin is a plus for communicating with parents

**Duration of Attachment Offered**

6 months. Full-time position available for promising trainee

**Working Days**
- 5-day work week including both Saturday and Sunday
- Monday, Tuesday and Public Holidays are off-days
