**Responsibilities**:
Your major duty will be working closely with the Underwriting, Business Development and Partnership Optimization teams to maintain portfolio profitability and drive sustainable growth. The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels of our business will be critical to your success.

As a key member of our Singapore Consumer Lines team, you will support the underwriters by creating and executing portfolio management plans, and support senior management by providing best in class guidance related to actuarial, pricing, product development, portfolio management and revenue maximisation strategies and tactics.

You will work with the Head of Underwriting and Business Units heads to design price tests and experiments that aim to deliver more value to both Chubb and our partners.

You will conduct detailed analysis across the portfolio to make pricing recommendations and to track the results of any campaigns, tests or experiments that have been executed.

You will engage with the Regional Underwriting and Portfolio Management teams to ensure dashboards are kept up to date, recommend improvements and support the business to interpret data within the dashboards.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in insurance, actuarial science or related fields.

3 - 5 years in the insurance industry as an underwriter or production underwriter, preferably in A&H.

Professional qualifications such as ACII will be a plus.

Expert understanding of portfolio management in the context of insurance.

Proficiency of underwriting and insurance industry theories and practices.

Exceptional investigative, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Strong Excel and SAS capabilities. Python will be a plus.

Expert ability to work well in a fast-paced growth environment with multiple concurrent projects, cyclical work and demanding time frames.

Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team work skills but also a willingness to work using your own initiative.

Experience working within a profit center environment with a mid-size to large multinational company.
