**Key Responsibilities**

Financial Reporting and Operations
- Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable monthly 3-statement financial reporting of portfolio companies by liaising with outsourced personnel.
- Lead portfolio management reporting with detailed reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, accompanied by variance analysis and commercial commentary.
- Own statutory and operational finance matters of portfolio companies, including but not restricted to accounting, management information systems, audit, taxation, and regulatory reporting, liaising with internal or outsourced personnel to ensure quality output and compliance with all statutory or internal deadlines.
- Oversee portfolio-related financial activities, including valuation, investor reports, rights issues, debt issuance, capital calls, and cash flow management, ensuring timely execution and adequate foresight for key stakeholders.
- Effectively facilitate corporate secretarial duties to facilitate smooth governance processes, including board and shareholder meeting documentation and administration of equity capitalisation or debt structures.
- Lead the setup of new investment companies, ensuring proper documentation and consideration of capital structures and governance documents.

Portfolio Management
- Lead budgeting processes of portfolio companies through close business partnership with management teams to identify performance drivers and areas for improvement to drive profitability and sound unit economics.
- Tracking and monitoring of initiatives, ensuring timely execution and championing data-driven business management, measuring impact, benchmarking, and assisting management in strategic decision making.
- Manage investor communication and documentation.
- Assist in the conduct of due diligence and support the execution of investments or divestments as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Legal eligibility to work in Singapore.
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; 3-5 years of experience at a Big 4 or reputed professional firm.
- Proficiency in SFRS/IFRS with working knowledge of accounting consolidation, reporting, audit, cash flow models, and financial models.
- Commercial understanding of venture capital and consumer / retail businesses.
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written), with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, with a collaborative mindset and a global perspective.
