Job Description Summary

Our Integrated Portfolio Management service focuses our Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration and Portfolio Strategy activity around our clients’ business challenges and priorities. This allows us to leverage data, streamline processes and deliver superior insights, to achieve our clients’ most important business objectives. We focus on understanding the context for decision-making, assessing portfolio opportunities, and gauging the short
- and long-term portfolio plans that reflect clients’ business goals.

As an Portfolio Analyst you will be responsible in undertaking tasks to support the delivery acquisitions, lease renewals, rent reviews, relocations, lease administration / information management for our clients.

**Job Description**:
What You Will Be Doing

Provide analytical support on portfolio performance planning
Support liaison with local execution teams
Monitor portfolio performance and conduct budgeting and projections
Perform cashflow/investment analysis
Prepare and develop relevant and applicable real-estate portfolio management reports - cost models, negotiation tracker, transaction term sheet, project authorization form, closeout checklist
Collation of market reports from local brokers as required
Updating transaction tracker reports on regular basis
Tracking of revenue pipeline and billing
Preparing relevant presentation decks for various purposes such as QBRs, Account Reviews, etc.
Provide support on various Transaction Management team systems and functions
As part of transactions management, the person will need to oversee the following - Acquisitions, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Relocations, Lease Administration / Information Management.
Implementation and execution stage will also involve working closely and developing contacts with broker teams.

About You

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Building, Architecture, Business, Finance or other relevant disciplines.
0 to 3 years of commercial real estate experience.
Strong financial, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.
Team Player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Relevant experience in consulting, research, transaction brokerage and/or account management or property industry knowledge would be an added advantage
