- Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas
- Perform analysis on divestments
- Prepare management reports and board papers
- Support annual budgeting exercise to prepare the proposed budget and business plan for portfolio
- Carry out annual valuation of properties for portfolios and consolidation of real estate’s portfolio including overseas portfolio
- Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions

Perod:

- Permanent

- Up to $4,800 depending on years of experience

Working Hours:

- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

**Location**:

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification or Appraiser’s License will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience in industrial real estate.
- Familiar with real estate markets and valuation methodologies
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
