- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architecture, especially leveraging AWS cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and business leaders to drive innovation and IT modernization.
- Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations including networks, servers, storage, and end-user systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness across all environments.
- Continuously improve processes using automation and monitoring tools.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Work with the cybersecurity team to ensure infrastructure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, PDPA).
- Manage vulnerability assessments and incident response processes.
- Lead the architecture, migration, and governance of AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee hybrid environments and ensure smooth integration between cloud and on-prem systems.
- Support the adoption of AI/ML infrastructure needs, including compute resources, data pipelines, and model deployment environments.
- Foster collaboration across IT and business units to ensure alignment and agility.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and infrastructure budgets effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in designing and managing AWS cloud architecture, including cost optimization and security.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML-related infrastructure (e.g., GPU clusters, data storage, MLOps frameworks) is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security frameworks, and ITIL processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or global/regional roles preferred.
