We are seeking an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional for a Key Account Manager role within our innovative portfolio.
As a Key Account Manager, you will report to the Sales Manager and take full ownership of managing accounts within your territory. This includes delivering science-led, value-added services to healthcare professionals to support improved public health outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities as follows:
**Sales**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and strategic account plan to drive value and deliver growth.
- Build and nurture effective commercial relationships to promote and competitively sell products.
- Implement key marketing campaigns within assigned accounts to strengthen the organization's position in the healthcare market.
- Ensure key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated, and informed to drive growth.
**Territory Management**
- Continuously identify and profile key target customers and uncover opportunities to enhance performance.
- Identify business opportunities within the territory and execute strategies, ensuring follow-up on progress and outcomes.
- Develop and implement a robust territory business plan by leveraging both face-to-face and digital engagements with healthcare professionals and organizations to create a personalized, omni-channel experience.
**Stakeholder Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, professional associations, decision makers, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively address customer queries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, medical, and sales teams, to achieve goals aligned with strategic priorities.

**Basic Qualifications**
We are looking for professionals with the following required skills to achieve our goals:
- A degree in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally with specialist engagement in areas such as respiratory or immunology.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills with a track record of excellence in territory or account management.
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence external stakeholders.
- High scientific aptitude with the ability to simplify complex clinical data for different healthcare professional audiences.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle, as travel across Singapore is required.
