The Senior Regional Business Manager is responsible for supporting a broad range of activities, including meeting/exceeding sales goals for this exciting high-potential Southeast Asia/Taiwan/Hong Kong (SEATWHK)region for AtriCure Asia-Pacific by managing and developing sales channels and therapies that result in sustainable long-term growth.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION**:
This role consists of three main pillars
**Sales/Channel Development**:
Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through collaborative approach with existing channel partners in increasing penetration of therapies and development of channel partnership in new target markets.
**Therapy Development**:
Following the ‘Awareness, Trial, Repeat’ model of therapy development process, this role is expected to be a therapy champion and is responsible for leading the end-to-end therapy development in SEATWHK markets.
**Cross-Functional Partnership**:
This role will be responsible for developing cross-functional relationship and partnership with a wide range of internal stakeholders to move the SEATWHK to reach its short-term and long-term potential
**Team Development**:
Although this role will be hired as an individual contributor, s/he will be required to build a team to support the mid and long-term vision and aspirations for the business, if and when required
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
Education
- Educated to at least degree level in a scientific or medical area
- MBA or other graduate degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of Sales/Clinical experience in Medical Device industry in Southeast Asian region is required, 15+ years of experience preferred
**Skills**:
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels
**Traits**:
- Must be creative, self-motivated, proactive, intuitive, organized, flexible, and deadline oriented, with strong attention to detail
- A passion to learn, develop, be challenged, and grow within the role and company
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:
- This role will be based in Singapore
- Ability to travel 50% if required
- Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as required
- Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull
