
Manager - Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, focusing on acquiring new corporate clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their training needs and promote our professional programs as solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their training and development needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and customize training proposals to address the specific requirements of corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the program development team to tailor existing programs or develop new programs to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support corporate sales efforts.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the education or professional services sector.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Knowledge of the professional education landscape and industry trends.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
