Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will plan and carry out sales activities and identify new clients, to build and develop sales of to medium and large corporations, in accordance with agreed business plans. To develop relations specifically within the targeted markets in APAC region and work closed with Technology Delivery Team.
**What will be your responsibility**
1. Achieve sales objectives through sales to new customers
2. Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships.
3. Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
4. Work with pre-sales team when technical or product support is required.
5. Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Weaver’s products and deployment.
6. Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position.
7. Use effective time and territory management to maximize results.
8. Provide feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams with regard to product, selling, competitive, etc. matters.
9. Interacts with sales, marketing and external customers.
10. Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
**Qualifications**
1. A good bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
2. 1+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers are preferred
3. Experience to selling to “C” level Executives
4. Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
5. Highly motivated and able to work independently
6. Creative problem solver
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion & influence
8. Strong business acumen
9. Demonstrates different influence styles as appropriate to situation while maintaining positive relationships
10. Builds and maintains trusting relationships with associates and customers
11. Effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas using speech, and listening skills to influences others and gain support
12. Adjust to new, different, or changing requirements
13. Listens with objectivity and checks for understanding
14. Persists despite obstacles and opposition or set backs
15. Competitive, high achiever
16. Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of experience are also welcomed to apply.
**Salary**: From $3,500.00 per month
