**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Manages assigned territories (including channel partners) strategically to deliver solutions and increase revenue; researches and understands territory growth opportunities, competitive market intelligence, and sales strategies to develop a profitable sales plan
- Acquire new business by prospecting new accounts and establish good relationships with key clients, prepare for sales calls to understand short-term and long-term needs/goals to optimize positioning of IDT products and services
- Builds in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions. Maintains records and communications with customer base through CRM tool.
- Assist in marketing activities planning, participate in assigned exhibitions, and provide quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Maintains regular and informative communications with all other team members, including cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Application Scientists, Inside Sales, etc.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Master’s degree in a Life Science field or Bachelor’s degree with relevant Life Sciences sales experience
- Minimum five years of prior sales experience in life science reagents/consumables required; preferably in genomics industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for at least 3 years
- Previous laboratory experience

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Working knowledge of accounts in the NGS clinical market within SEA countries
- Prior channel partner management
- PhD in a Life Science field
