**Role and Responsibility
Onboarding and Maintenance of Representatives Particular
- Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of GI representative and follow up where applicable
- Ensure timely and accurate update of GI representative particulars, activities, and licenses and follow up where applicable
- Ensure that code and access details are disseminated to the representative timely and accurately.

Operations and Data Management
- Ensure timely processing and handling of submissions of new business, renewal and endorsement to the insurers.
- Manage policy documentation and ensure that policy related documents are disseminated to the representatives accurately and timely.
- Manage and ensure that customer data, policy data, and documents are created or updated in system accurately and timely

Compensation and Credit Control
- Verify and reconcile payment transactions timely
- Management of commission report/data
- Manage and follow up on any appeals or payment discrepancy with all relevant stakeholders
- Manage, monitor, and follow up on premium payments (overdue or outstanding) for GI business with the insurers and representatives
- Monitor and manage clawback where applicable

Customer Service, Project, and Process Management
- Manage and handle enquiries from common mailbox, internal and external stakeholders promptly
- Ensure departmental processes and workflows are updated promptly to support business needs
- Review and streamline workflows where applicable
- Provide requirements for system, review requirements, create test plan, perform UAT and post deployment verification.
- Assist the HOD on any adhoc tasks and projects as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma holders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and meticulous
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to handle stress and team player mentality to provide quality service and operational support
- Able to prioritize and work in fast-paced environment
