
Talent & Culture Executive (HR)

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
**Job Purpose**
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Senor Vice President, Talent & Culture, Southeast Asia, Japan & South Korea (SEAJK) as well as the T&C team.
He / She will ensure timely and accurate delivery of Talent & Culture corporate initiatives and support the day-to-day Talent & Culture operations.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage employee welfare and office engagement activities
- Manage employee on-boarding and personal files
- Participate in government-related surveys and claim submissions
- Provide administrative support to the T&C team including purchase orders and travel-related matters
- Fulfil ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Senior VP T&C and T&C Director SEAJK
**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources or relevant field
- Basic knowledge of local employment regulation
- User knowledge of employee management / payroll system is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees and leaders
- Service-oriented with an eye for details
- Able to prioritize, work effectively and contribute in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Self-motivated and energetic
