Job Profile Summary:
In Culture and Diversity Inclusion and Belonging (DIB), we are bringing our purpose and values to live, enhancing performance through empowering people and creating a sense of belonging through respecting and celebrating differences. To advance our priorities and initiatives, we are seeking a DIB and Culture Executive to cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for all our employees, transform the way people feel about their work, in turn drive productivity, innovation, enhance products and services and aid attraction, development and retention of our talents.
**Job Description**:
- Assist with project and programme management and delivery of organizational-wide DIB, culture & change enablement related initiatives which are in line with organization’s overarching diversity and culture agenda in support of our forward strategy towards being purpose-driven, values aligned organization.
- Support project manage initiatives identified to enhance diversity and culture experience and manage the change process (key measurements and impact assessment) in relation to initiatives implemented
- Support the sourcing and delivery of diversity & culture related trainings and communications to leaders
- Research on culture, diversity and inclusion opportunities to support the creation of initiatives and journey map around this
- Identify, analyze and improve upon existing processes, mindsets and behaviors
- Facilitating and participating in organization wide committee, employee orientation, trainings and record keeping/ tracking
- Administration of surveys and Culture Amp, collating data and drawing initial analysis
- Manage all Culture and DIB related EDMs timeline and content
Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits
- Structured, analytical with aptitude for project management
- Able to think independently, analyses, conceptualize data
- Able to engage, influence with stakeholders
- Hands-on event management skills - comfort with simple graphic design around internal communication assets (e.g. EDMs, videos) is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, plus stakeholder management
- Organized, methodical thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks
Working Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
**Education**:
- Degree in any discipline
**Language**:
- Strong command of the English language
