We are looking for a **People & Culture Executive**that will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring HR processes align with the company’s vision and values. This role focuses on assisting the People and Culture Manager in matters related to talent acquisition, training & development, employee relations, and maintaining a strong workplace culture that enhances productivity and retention,

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**1. Employee Engagement & Culture Development**:

- Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work culture.
- Organise employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities.

**2**. Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless introduction to company culture and policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and maintain workforce planning.

**3. Training & Development**:

- Assist in organising training programs for employees, including orientation, skills development, and leadership training.
- Ensure compliance with corporate training requirements and track employee participation.
- Work with managers to identify training gaps and suggest learning solutions.

**4. Employee Relations & HR Support**:

- Provide support for employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, escalating where necessary.
- Assist in implementing policies related to employee welfare, benefits, and workplace ethics.

**5. HR Administration & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and payroll documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and workplace policies
- Assist with performance management processes and employee feedback initiatives.
- Administrative matters:

- Issuing of Equipment
- Office supplies

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
**Education**:Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:2+ years in HR, people & culture, or hospitality talent management.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Ability to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

**Technical Proficiency**:Experience with HR software (e.g., SAGEHR, Talenox) is an advantage.
