Human Resources- Global Affairs Operations- The Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) Lead, JAPAC & SAMEA will own the DIB strategy and its execution across the regions, acting as a strategic DIB partner to one of our global Business Units. In collaboration with the broader DIB team and key partners they will play a meaningful role in driving the DIB team’s mission to unlock the potential of human creativity by accelerating a diverse culture where everyone belongs. This role reports to the Global Head of DIB.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with local regional and country leaders and partners to establish initiatives, interrupters and action that drive region-specific goals and areas of focus
- Serve as a DIB partner to the global Business Unit by developing toolkits and standard methodologies to equip the team with tools and resources sought to grow and retain underrepresented band members
- Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition to implement workplace strategies to attract and hire a dynamic and multi-generational workforce
- Craft and lay out regional and country specific inclusion programs that support the implementation of the long term vision for DIB
- Identify and build relationships with external partners that deliver impact and support our diversity, inclusion and belonging strategies for all underrepresented groups
- Analyze talent demographics while supervising external and internal data trends and adjust DIB strategies accordingly
- Drive the best approach to track, measure and report on relevant DIB metrics in partnership with People Analytics
- Be a visible and inspiring diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging champion, communicating regularly with the region on all things related to DIB related

Who You Are
- You have at least 10+ years of strategic Human Resources, D&I and program management experience as part of global matrix organization/s
- You have advanced knowledge of global program development in the areas of diversity and inclusion, organizational development and change management
- You are experienced with project management across multiple work-streams and in partnership with cross functional partners
- You are experienced with crisis Management
- Experienced with strategic operations, consulting, and crafting data-driven diversity program strategies
- Experience in engaging directly with executive-level clients, country managers and other partners
- You have experience in crafting and implementing concrete initiatives across the region in collaboration with multiple functions and senior leadership
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple overlapping priorities
- You are flexible, conscientious, and have an innovative approach to problem solving
- You are able to address and handle sensitive topics across the global landscape of diversity with every level in the workplace
- You are able to engage audiences spanning all levels of seniority and account for varying points of reference to drive collective DIB journeys.
- You operate with empathy and pragmatic judgment, accounting for the broader organizational DIB mission and not one's personal point of reference
- Experience in the tech, media and/or entertainment industry will be a huge advantage
