Key Roles and Responsibilities:
As a senior business professional, you will be responsible for generating business development and corporate client acquisition within the practice.
The key responsibility is to develop all business activities, leverage your network across other functions within our partner/Group brands, and develop a network of local business contacts among C-level professionals.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Leverage your network and build relationships with C-level professionals and business leaders
- Identify and optimize new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders
- Offer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clients
- Manage executive search projects from interview to offer management and follow up the integration of the candidate in the new organization
- Represent the company and the brand at conferences and networking events
- Drive global business initiatives and take an active part in regular meetings with other experts
Key Skills and Experience:
We are looking for an individual with at least 10 years of business experience in executive search or a mix of business & recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards).
- Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
- Strong relationship building, consultative and influencing skills
- Must have client management experience with strong credibility, presence, and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative service
- Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables
- Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed and result-oriented
- Ability and desire to stay abreast of market trends, business intelligence, and competitive information.
