Job Opportunity

As a senior business professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives related to anti-money laundering (AML) workflows. Your primary responsibility will be to elicit comprehensive project requirements and facilitate business discussions to manage the project scope.

  1. You will be accountable for leading senior stakeholder engagement and providing leadership updates.
  2. Your key responsibilities include supporting project delivery phases, particularly during analysis and design, as well as test phases.

You will also support the project manager as needed. Key Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in the banking industry
  • More than 10 years of experience as a financial business analyst working in technical delivery
  • Experience as a business analyst in leading banks and delivering large-scale projects and programs
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision
  • Domain experience in AML/KYC/Compliance and Data/Analytics
  • Understanding of AI/ML and exposure to products from Tookitaki and/or Quantexa would be highly desirable
