We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Shares Plan & Business Process Executive to administer shares plan matters, optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, drive organizational excellence, ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and provide excellent support to our HR team and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Shares ManagementAdminister the company's share plans including grant and vesting processes for share plansMaintain accurate records of share plan activities and transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to equity compensationWork with external vendors and internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to administer share plansPrepare shares plan reports and handle queries on share plans benefitManage Business Process ImprovementStudy existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements especially through digital transformation and process automationPrepare timelines / training materials to support process adoptionStay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesRequirementsProficiency in Workday a mustProficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of automation tools, eg. Power BI, Power Automate, UI Path preferred3-4 years of experience in shares plan and/or business process improvement administrationStrong knowledge of local employment laws and regulationsGood communication and analytical skills with an eye for detailsAbility to work independently with minimum supervision
