About the Role
At Dentalis, we're seeking a stellar, service-oriented professional to be the warm, welcoming face of our clinic. As our Front Desk Executive , you will be the first point of contact for every patient - setting the tone for an exceptional care experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-facing environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and enjoys delivering hospitality-level service in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
As a Dentalis Front Desk Receptionist, your role will encompass three core areas:
Five-Star Patient Experience
- Deliver a concierge-style welcome, ensuring every patient feels valued and at ease.
- Handle all communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling to optimize patient convenience and clinic flow.
- Anticipate patient needs, provide thoughtful assistance, and dispense prescribed medications accurately.
Service Excellence Operations
- Maintain organised front desk operations and uphold the highest standards of clinic ambiance.
- Oversee patient registration, billing, and CHAS/Medisave claims timely with accuracy
Clinic Operations
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of reception, pantry, and toilets to clinic standards.
- Uphold meticulous record-keeping in full compliance with PDPA regulations.
- Coordinate with dental laboratories on case logistics.
- Manage inventory of dental products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Education: Minimum N/O Levels or ITE certification.
- Communication: Good spoken and written English (Mandarin/Malay a plus).
- Professionalism: Impeccable grooming and polished presentation.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy; detail-oriented and organized.
- Personality: Warm, approachable, and able to stay composed under pressure.
- Experience: Ex-cabin crew (SQ or others) welcome - hospitality background a plus
