About the Role

National University of Singapore Business School seeks a dedicated professional to support the programme management function in the MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insight programme.

As an Assistant Manager/Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of the MAI programme, balancing international students' needs with academic integrity and university standards.

  • Programme Leadership & Operations: Ensure efficient programme delivery, coordinating with academic departments and faculty. Deliver exceptional student support, addressing academic matters, experiential learning, wellness, and career-related initiatives. Analyse student data and feedback to inform leadership on continuous programme improvement.
  • Academic Scheduling & Course Coordination: Oversee course outlines, timetable scheduling, and registration processes in collaboration with academic departments. Communicate course-related updates clearly and promptly to students, preparing guides and conducting briefings as needed.
  • Student Support & Records: Monitor and track student progress, workload, and well-being, ensuring timely follow-up on all enquiries and requests.
  • Faculty & Examination Management: Coordinate with academic departments on teaching resources and IT systems.
  • Events & Engagement: Collaborate on key events and projects to enhance the student experience.
  • Continuous Improvement & Team Contribution: Drive process improvements, champion service excellence, and contribute to the shared goals of the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing academic programmes in tertiary institutions.
  • High level of written and oral communication skills.
  • Experienced, confident, and effective working in cross-cultural settings.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and keen appreciation of good documentation.
