Role Summary

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine trains doctors who put patients at the centre of their care. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will drive initiatives and projects that foster medical leaders and advance clinical research.

The Academic Partnership Office integrates education, research, and innovation through Academic Clinical Programmes. In this role, you will engage stakeholders, coordinate programmes, and prepare submissions to support these programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with NHG, LKCMedicine, and AHS stakeholders
  • Coordinate programmes, projects, funding administration, and other initiatives related to the AHS
  • Collect and prepare data for submissions, proposals, and reports
  • Organise outreach platforms to engage clinicians and faculty
  • Provide secretariat support for committees under the AHS
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduates from universities with experience in administrative support in biomedical/clinical/academic environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in project management, events management, and Excel tools such as V-lookup, Pivot Table
  • Numerically inclined, meticulous, proactive, with good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Working Requirements

This is a full-time position requiring excellent time management, multi-tasking, and reporting skills in a fast-paced environment.
