About the role:The intern will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
What you will be doing:Ensure customer's orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure reports are submitted on a timely basis to establish customer's schedules
Liase and update customer closely to resolve customer orders or shipments related issues
Maintain and ensure safekeeping and traceability of relevant customer's documents/records
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

The successful candidate:Pursuing a Diploma in Logistics, Business or related field
Customer service oriented
Able to work independently and in a team
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
